Maxvac Gladiator
The MaxVac MV-700 Gladiator has been designed to be safe and effective. It has a working width or 70cm (2’4”) and whilst being specifically developed for the removal of chewing gum, its unique action and formula has the added bonus of also removing ingrained pollution. The finished result is a uniform clean surface, restoring pavements and public places to their originally intended level of colour and cleanliness.
The Gladiator can be used on all kinds of surfaces: asphalt, natural and coloured concrete, stone, marble and many more. On all surfaces the results are unparalleled in comparison to any other product on the market. Whilst chewing gum was the number one challenge, the Gladiator also removes other persistent ingrained pollution such as: sediment, resin, oil, grease and stubborn weed growth. It clears everything in its path yet remains safe and sympathetic to the environment.
Possibly the biggest benefit of all is the gentle way the equipment works. For years contractors have struggled to remove gum and have been using more and more high pressure water systems which results in destroying the surface, washing out the jointing and substructure of paving which then becomes loose, cracked, uneven, unsightly, dangerous and needs replacing.
Where pressure washers require up to 3000psi to remove gum, often causing thousands of euro worth of damage to jointing and substructure, the MaxVac MV-700 Gladiator operates at a very low pressure causing no damage to the substrate or splashing of surrounding environments.
Pressure washers do not actually remove the gum. Rather, they just lift it off the surface and move it. This causes the gum residue to reset somewhere else. The Gladiator extracts the gum and removes it completely while also bringing surfaces back to the level of cleanliness and ‘look’ when first laid.
Oil Spill Bowser
This Bowser is a bespoke trailer mounted water system, designed to clean road oil spills with the use of oil cleaning surfactants, as they break down the chemical elements naturally. Our bowser automatically mixes the correct part chemical with water, and sprays directly onto the road. There is also a hand lance for heavier hydraulic spills.
Genie B
The Genie B is the perfect scrubbing machine for cleaning small surfaces that are currently being cleaned manually. Genie is revolutionary because it automates manual cleaning systems to ensure users make considerable savings.
The disc brush used in the Genie B can adapt to any type of environment and surface and is known for its versatility. The compact structure of the Genie B allows you to clean easily along the edges of furnishings and up along walls.
