Colspray: Rapid-Setting Cold Applied Bitumen Spray
Colspray is a high-performance, cold-applied bitumen spray designed for rapid and effective sealing of vertical joints in various road construction applications.

Key Applications:
•    Transverse and longitudinal vertical joints
•    Trench reinstatements
•    Patch repairs
•    Drain or maintenance hole frames
•    Kerb channels
Preparation:
•    Thoroughly clean the surface to be treated, ensuring it is free from loose materials, oil, grease, standing water, and weeds.
Application:
•    Shake the can vigorously before use.
•    Invert the can and apply Colspray in even strokes, maintaining a nozzle distance of 200-300mm from the surface.
•    Ensure complete and even coverage of the joint.
•    After use, briefly spray the can upright to clear the nozzle.
Coverage:
•    The coverage rate of Colspray typically ranges from 0.7 to 1.5 kg/m², depending on the surface's texture and porosity.
Packaging:
•    Colspray is supplied in convenient 750ml aerosol cans, with 12 cans per pack.
Storage and Handling:
•    Caution: Pressurized container. Protect from sunlight.
•    Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
•    Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C.
•    Do not spray on an open flame or any incandescent material.
•    Keep out of reach of children.
Standards:
•    Colspray complies with Clause 10.1.8 of the TII Series 900 specification for Road Works, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
